Dinghies-Eye-View, May 18, 2016.

SAILING IS THE NORMAL-SEA HERE as spring doth continue to barrel on towards summer leaving the daffodils and crocuses far behind in the withering past.  And so to celebrate I share a few photos of our lovely harbor via the dinghies-eye-view which is generally a few feet or about one meter higher than a ducks-eye-view.  Why compare to a duck?  Why not?

The classic sailing yacht Sonny, which I believe was built around 1938, glides into the harbor on a beautiful day in May.  Photo by Captain Bill Podzon.  Sailing Hither and Thither.

Looking west towards a partially silhouetted Fort Adams. The flag above the fort flies at half mast per proclamation from President Obama in honor of Peace Officers.  Photo by Captain Bill Podzon.  Sailing Hither and Thither.
